The location of the villa is one of its best features, just 800 meters from the beach on Pratumnak Hill and situated in the heart of a 5-star residential estate with 24 hour security. Within 1km of the villa, you will also find lots of international restaurants, a cool nightlife scene and a host of convenience stores. The location is very central and within a 2-minute drive you can find yourself at the back end of Walking Street Pattaya, and within a 5-minute drive be in the heart of Jomtien.
AccomodationBedrooms. There are three bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor, while the third bedroom is on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes, air-conditioning and a great selection of artworks. Two of the bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms that have Jacuzzis and flat screen TVs. The bedrooms sleep 6 people in all. Bathrooms. All three bathrooms are ensuite and all come equipped with toilets, wash basins and hot water showers. Two of the bathrooms also have fantastic circular Jacuzzis. Dining Room. The main dining area is home to a 6-seat dining table and is part of the open plan living area. There is another option for dining out on the covered deck terrace at poolside where you will find tables and chairs enough for 8 people to dine in the open air.Kitchen.
