Description

Expansive 2 bedroom villa at Pimalai Resort faces the Andaman Sea. U-shaped floor plan surrounded by beach, palm trees and bougainvillea. The Thai Southern style bedroom suites border the courtyard chateau that forms the living and dining area. The courtyard faces the private swimming pool next to the beach and ocean. Resort staff is on call and makes two visits per day for cleaning and night time preparatory tasks. Location
The Pimalai Resort property is located on the west side of Koh Lanta. Access to the island from Krabi airport is via a two hour private speedboat ride. The resort provides everything necessary for a secluded stay on the island. Diving shops can provide lessons, equipment and guide services to the best diving sites. Elephant trekking, Thai boxing or exploring the ten beaches on Koh Lanta are just some of the possibilities on this tropical island paradise. The Master bedroom suite boasts its own private balcony with wooden table and matching chairs overlooking the gardens and the beach. The room itself features a double bed plus sofa bed. Writing desk under a large mirror and a TV with international channel programming as well as a DVD player provide entertainment and internet access. A wide range of movie DVDs are available from the reception or library. Floor length windows on three sides provide a romantic panorama while the recessed air-conditioning units provide clean, quiet and cool air for sleeping comfort. Suite number two is appointed in the same style with comfort and elegance the operative words at this 5 star resort setting. Bathrooms. The bathroom/dressing room combo includes wardrobes, hanging rails plus hotel amenities such as robes, slippers and ironing board. The bathrooms feature separate toilet compartment, shower stalls and two sinks, set in a granite counter, on either side of the room. An outside bathroom with tiled bath provides a sea view through a screen plus a separate outside cascading shower. Dining Room. Al fresco dining area under the outdoor Chateau sports an oblong wooden table with seating for four plus. Scattered pillows and chairs make for a comfortable evening dinner setting with a ceiling fan helping the cool ocean breezes during meals in this luxurious holiday manse.Kitchen. The kitchen is a stand-alone entity at the front of the property overlooking the garden. Electric hob with overhead exhaust hood and a double sink on the counter. Appliances include microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker and coffee making station.Living Rooms. The spacious living room is open with ceiling fan and a double sofa suitable for sleeping plus a single sofa for plenty of lounge space. A Widescreen TV with DVD player and multiple language capability anchors the entertainment centre.
