Situated just 500 meters from Bang Tao Beach and less than 1km from a commercial park that is home to a Tesco Lotus Supermarket and Macdonald’s, the location is very convenient. It is just a 3 minute drive to the Laguna Phuket Golf Club and Surin Beach. Just a 10-minute drive away from the villa, you can visit Kamala, which also has a great beach and is the home to Phuket’s number one tourist attraction – Phuket Fantasea. Although Bang Tao and Surin do have a selection of nightlife options, the entertainment capital, Patong Beach, is just a 15-20 minute drive away. Situated on Phuket’s wondrous sunset west coast, this is the perfect location for that famous sundrenched Phuket holiday.AccomodationBedrooms. The villa’s Master Bedroom has polished wooden floors, and a stunning selection of art pieces scattered around creating a nice ambiance. The Master is home to a large double bed and air-conditioning plus fan. This bedroom also has a safety deposit box inside, a dressing table, ensuite bathroom and a writing desk. The second and third bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, large cupboards with spare sheets, robes and slippers. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. Bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is for guests.
The Master Bedroom’s ensuite bathroom is spaciously decorated with ceramics. Hot water is available. The bathroom has a sunken bath with mini Jacuzzi, a shower with two heads, a toilet and two wash basins between glass panels. The second ensuite bathroom has a sunken bathtub, shower, toilet and two wash basins. The third bathroom has a shower, wash basin and a toilet. Dining Room. Located next to the open plan kitchen, the villa’s dining area has a dining table that seats 8 people. Ascending up two flights of stairs you will find a roof garden and sala with another wooden table and 8 chairs in the shade, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. Here, you will also find a mobile gas BBQ and double wash basins with workspaces and terraces, perfect for hosting parties.Kitchen. The villa’s western kitchen is open-plan for efficiency. Modern appliances are provided including a large Electrolux fridge/freezer, electric stove with 4 rings, ventilation and large oven, a microwave, dishwashing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and double wash basin. The black marble work top with natural wooden fittings allow for a trouble-free catering experience. There is also a utility room off hallway with a washing machine, dryer, and extra wash basin, plus an ironing board and iron which are very useful.Living Rooms. The living area, with nice Thai traditional decorative items, has three comfortable connecting sofas for seven/eight people with cushions, a coffee table, a dark wooden cabinet, and a small carpet.
