Location
The villa is a part of a local resort and is only a kilometer away from Bang Tao Beach. Within minutes away from the villa is the Laguna Hotel and you will find small local cafes and shops located in this area. Shopping outlets such as Tesco Lotus is only five minutes away from the villa. With only a five minute drive, you can visit famous beaches such as Surin beach, Kamala and the Phuket FantaSea night theme park. The nightlife of Patong is further south, only ten to fifteen minutes drive from the villa.AccomodationBedrooms. The master bedroom which is located on the first floor has well picked painting that match the wooden floor. With a large double bed, air condition, ceiling fan, a lounge chair, wardrobes, en suite and a safe, this is an ideal room to relax in after a fun day in the tropics. The adjoining balcony to this room has the views of the pool and the lush green hills. The guest bedroom is on the floor and is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, large cupboards and a safety deposit box. Bathrooms. The en-suite for the master bedroom is spacious and has his and hers basin, glass panels surrounding the two showers and a toilet. The second bathroom is attached to the guest room which has a shower, toilet and a wash basin. Dining Room. The villa has two dining areas, one adjacent to the kitchen that can fit up to four guest comfortably while another on the terrace which can be used for a casual style dinner over the gardens and tropical lush greens. There is a portable gas BBQ that is ideal for a casual terrace dinner party.Kitchen. The open plan kitchen is ideal for hosting and entertaining guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as Electrolux fridge/freezer, electric stove with 4 rings, ventilator and large oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, double sink, and a black marble work top with natural wood fittings. There is a utility room near the entrance with a washing machine, hairdryer and wash basin, an ironing board and an iron.Living Rooms. The living is designed with modern colors and can comfortably sit up to five guests. The living consists of three sofas, a coffee table, dark wooden cabinet, a plasma TV with up to 70 cable channels and a DVD player.
