The Villa is located in a very upmarket area of Phuket on a private estate that boasts a 200 square meter swimming pool, tennis court, lush green tropical vegetation and a clubhouse. The Villa has it own private 40 square meter swimming pool and a 400 square meter private garden. The architecture is traditional Thai with the pitched roof and manicured garden. When entering the house the living room is spacious and open plan with the large patio doors leading directly to the pool. The décor is contemporary style with a large television. The main bedroom has a large settee, king size bed, wooden floors and dual patio doors leading out to the covered terrace. This bedroom also has a Jacuzzi for those lazy days. Two bedrooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds. Bathrooms. The bathrooms have toilets, showers and wash basins as mentioned the main bedroom also has a Jacuzzi. All bathrooms in the Samathi Villa are ensuite. Dining Room. The dining room being open plan is located next to the living room with a view of the manicured garden and covered terrace. There is also a ceiling fan, seating for 6 guests in a fully ducted air-conditioned setting.Kitchen. The kitchen is stunning with large windows and is fully equipped. The white ceramic flooring and the white granite topped wooden cupboards provide for ambience to this Western style kitchen.
