The location of the property is beside the carpeted fairways of the Loch Palm Golf Course, which is essentially in the Kathu area. This is the prime destination for golfers, with not only Loch Palm golf course nearby, but also their second and newest course, Red Mountain. Kathu is also home to the Phuket Country Club GC, which owns a 9-hole and 18-hole course. Although Kathu is not a coastal destination, the centralized location ensures you can be at Patong Beach within 10 minutes and the commercial park on the outskirts of Phuket Town, which is home to numerous shopping centers such as Big C, Tesco Lotus and Central Festival. The kitchen is situated at the back end of the open plan living space.
