The interior of the villa is comfortable and welcoming, with an open plan living area, a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. The upstairs is where you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a further two bathrooms.

The villa sleeps 8 people across the four bedrooms, and is the ideal villa rental for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy their Thailand holidays under one roof.

Situated in a gated residential community with 24 hour security, the villa basks in its cul de sac location, which makes the surroundings very private. Jomtien Beach is just 1km away from the villa, as are bars, international restaurants, convenience stores and massage shops. The location is very private but close enough to all the amenities that make a holiday special. Shopping centers and Pattaya beach Road can all be reached in a 10-minute drive, with the golf courses at Siam Country Club and Phoenix GC a 15-20 minute ride away.
AccomodationBedrooms. Of the four bedrooms in the villa, one is on the ground floor while the remaining three are located upstairs. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning, wardrobe facilities and flat-screen TVs. The bedrooms sleep 8 people in total with three having access to ensuite bathrooms. Bathrooms. The villa has three bathrooms in total, two of which that are ensuite. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom next to the bedroom that has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The first ensuite bathroom upstairs has a bathtub where you can also have a stand up shower, alongside a wash basin and toilet. The third bathroom is an ensuite shared by two bedrooms and also has a shower, toilet and wash basin. Dining Room. Right next to the lounge, you will find a 6-seat dining table, but if you like a spot of al fresco dining, you will love the covered terrace at poolside with its 6-seat dining table and gas BBQ unit. Kitchen. The western style kitchen is situated on the ground floor next to the lounge and dining area and comes equipped with a nice selection of appliances such as a 2-ring electric hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and fridge freezer.Living Rooms. The lounge provides direct access and views out to the pool, garden and terrace.
