The villa has a very inviting modern tropical design, is set over two levels and has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an open pan lounge, dining area and kitchen, a garden with a freeform swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a beautiful wooden staircase that dominates the lounge.

The villa sleeps 8 persons across the four bedrooms with double beds in each room. The villa is surrounded by a perimeter wall and security cameras, while there is also a security guard that patrols the street at night.

The villa enjoys a convenient location just 0.8km from Cozy Beach on Pratumnak Hill close to lots and bars and restaurants on the main street just a 2-minute stroll away. Pratumnak Hill is a popular holiday destination between Pattaya and Jomtien, just over 2km from Walking Street.
AccomodationBedrooms. There are four bedrooms in the villa, all of which have air-conditioning, wardrobes and/or draws, double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have flat-screen televisions. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, while the Master is located next to the lounge on the lower level. The bedrooms sleep 8 people altogether. Bathrooms. There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. 4 of them are ensuite with wash basins, showers and toilets, although the master ensuite also has a large Jacuzzi. The fifth bathroom is more for guests and is situated on the ground floor, coming equipped with a toilet and wash basin. Dining Room. The dining room has an 8-seat dining table next to the lounge.Kitchen. The kitchen is situated in the open plan living area and has a wide selection of appliances such as a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.Living Rooms. The open plan living area is where you will find the lounge that offers direct access and overlooks the pool and garden through the patio doors.
