The beachfront location of this lovely private resort within the island’s quieter Bang Po area makes for a dream holiday for families, couples or friends travelling together. Lazing in the tropical sun, swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Siam or in the resort’s infinity pool and reading or just relaxing in the traditional Thai wooden sala are all supreme stress-busting activities for weary Westerners.

Villa A4 boasts an airy open-plan ground floor containing the living and dining area and Western kitchen, and the views from the picture windows over the exquisite gardens are a delight. The kitchen is fully-equipped to encourage the creation of delicious Thai curries and spicy salads, and there’s a Western-style fully-fitted guest bathroom for your convenience.

The upper floor is a haven for a relaxing night’s sleep with its two beautifully-furnished bedrooms with double patio doors leading to a decked balcony with stunning views to the far horizon. The resort has just seven villas, giving privacy and peace and quiet along with the chance to meet new, like-minded friends over a fruity cocktail or a few cold beers.

Location:
The Bang Po area of Koh Samui is more traditional and unspoiled in its ambience than much of the rest of the island’s crowded resorts. Pretty beachfront restaurants are just a stroll for the villa, with local chefs serving exotic Thai dishes as well as international favourites. A short drive south is the little town of Nathon, offering a larger choice of eateries as well as quaint shops selling everything you’ll need during your holiday. Heading east for a 15 minute drive, you’ll find the popular attractions of Fisherman’s Village with its bars and boutiques and the lively towns of Maenam and Bophut with their buzzing nightlife.
AccomodationBedrooms. Villa A4’s two bedrooms are found on the upper floor, both fully air-conditioned and with king-sized double beds, ample closet space and dressing tables. One has a TV, and both have glass doors opening onto a shaded balcony with fabulous views over the lovely, palm-lined gardens to the infinity pool and beyond. Bathrooms. The upper floor holds a shared bathroom featuring Western fittings including a hot and cold shower, a basin with mirror above and a toilet. The second bathroom is found on the ground floor and also has a shower, basin and WC. Dining Room. The villa’s dining space adjoins the open-plan kitchen and holds a circular dining table, four chairs and a water cooler giving fresh, pure water at any time. Al-fresco dining is a delight on the decked terrace with its table, comfortable chairs and cool evening breezes from the ocean.Kitchen. The U-shaped kitchen is partially ceramic tiled and boasts a polished wood food preparation surface. Appliances include a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, gas hob with extractor hood, rice cooker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and there’s a selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils and tools.Living Rooms. The cozy living area fronts the open-plan dining space and also gives access to the terrace though its double patio doors.
