This Modern Asian villa has three bedrooms and is located just 1.5km to Pattaya Beach, which is as good as it gets for villa locations in Pattaya.

Decorated with lots of dark wooden fixtures and fittings and a selection of local artworks such as paintings and Buddhist sculptures, this villa really provides you with that essential Thai flair. Situated within just 1.5km from Pattaya Beach, this is a location that you won’t often find for a villa rental. Just over 200 meters from the villa, just outside the gated estate with 24-hour security, you will find a wonderful rustic Thai restaurant where the food is not only value for money, but also quite delicious. Also within 300 meters, you can visit the ISPA Spa, a 7/11 convenience store and nightlife options such as PING. For a more tourist filled nightlife experience, you will find lots of bars and clubs within 1km of the villa.

Please bear in mind you won’t find many locations for villas just 1.5km from Pattaya Beach – it’s nearly unheard of! So, you better book this villa soon because Baan Kon Lafun will be immensely popular with holidaymakers.AccomodationBedrooms. There are three spacious bedrooms in the villa; two situated upstairs and one on the ground floor level. The three bedrooms have a double beds, ensuite bathrooms, wooden floors and fixtures, wooden wardrobes and air-conditioning. The downstairs bedroom has its own TV with satellite, as does the Master Bedroom upstairs. In between the two upstairs bedrooms, you will find a landing laden with lots of Asian artworks that leads to a large outdoor terrace a shared by the two bedrooms. Bathrooms. The three main bathrooms are all ensuite to the bedrooms, and all come equipped with glass-encased showers, toilets and wash basins. There is a guest toilet room downstairs next to the lounge that has a wash basin and toilet. Dining Room. The dining area is the central part of the open plan living space with a classy 6-seat wooden dining table as its focal point.Kitchen. The kitchen is snug and nestled in the corner of the open plan living space. There are a great choice of appliances in the kitchen such as a Smeg oven, Panasonic fridge, an Electrolux microwave and toaster, an extractor fan and coffee making facilities.Living Rooms. The lounge is within the open plan living space and enjoys a shady and cool atmosphere thanks to the trees on the garden. The lounge is a place where you will sit back and relax on the L-shaped settee that seats six persons while watching a movie on the LG flat-Screen TV from the choice of international satellite channels.
