The Villa is just 7km from Jomtien Beach and is right next to the Phoenix Golf club. Bangsaray is a short 10 minute drive away, as are Silverlake Vineyard, Alangkarn Theatre and the Floating market. The famous Coco beach club restaurant is only 1km away, and the Rimpa Lapin is 3km away so you can always dine out in style with the finest cuisine.

All rooms have double beds and their very own ensuites. The two rooms upstairs have wardrobe facilities and they both lead out onto a large upstairs terrace, with fantastic views. The other two bedrooms are situated in the wonderful garden. Bathrooms. There are five bathrooms in total, four of which are ensuite. The central bathroom is very spacious and luxurious, with all the modern fittings and is conveniently located in the living area. All of the ensuite bathrooms have glass-encased showers, western toilets and wash basins. Dining Room. The spacious dining area is conveniently situated near to the kitchen and has a wooden dining table that can seat up to six people.
