You will enter the villa through double doors; ascend over the Lotus Pond and its humble umbrella fountains which will in turn lead you to the 11-metre long pool to the front door of this breath-taking holiday haven. A large living room and a contemporary kitchen, both of which have a tasteful appearance, greet you as you enter. Glossy wooden flooring, complete with tiles around the edge preventing splashes from coming in from the pool highlights the intricate attention to detail that went into the design of the villa. For your entertainment, TV and Internet are provided and on the upper storey you can find a roof terrace complete with decorative roofed dining and BBQ section. To compliment this further there are panoramic views and pleasant island breezes.

Based at ‘The Residence’ in the Bangtao region of Phuket, this area boasts everything you need to have the perfect holiday, with on-site facilities such as a spa and massage and a first-class restaurant. 500m away towards the main road you will find a shopping complex and this houses a McDonalds, Tesco Lotus (open 6am – 10pm), Boots Pharmacy, Pizza Company and other selected amenities. Located only 1.8km away is the grand tropical beach and further afield, bearing south you will come across several different beaches and the notorious Phuket FantaSea along the west coast of Phuket which in turn lead you to the illustrious Patong region only 14km in distance. If golfing is your thing, you will find The Laguna Golf Club only a short 4.4km trip from the villaAccomodationBedrooms. The sizeable master bedroom comes with patio doors that open out to the portico and the top of the pool where the entrance steps are found. You will have ample storage space with three double fitted wardrobes complete with cupboards and a prominent desk and chair. Hi tec touch sensitive light controls are found as you come into the room and also next to the king sized bed which is flanked by two bedside tables and lamps. A luxurious Ottoman chair sits on a square design rug. The other king size bedroom comes equipped with air-con, ceiling fan, wall high wardrobes and views of the garden path. Bathrooms. The ensuite for the master bedroom boasts two crib-shape work top sinks on a granite surface complete with oversized mirror. Relax in the whirlpool Jacuzzi bath that comes with a moveable showerhead for rinsing hair. On the other side of the room is where the toilet and shower are located. The ensuite for the other bedroom is well designed and contains a sink and square-headed rain shower. Dining Room. Near the kitchen is the dining room and this is equipped with an elongated wooden table and six seats. There is an additional dining table located on the roof terrace which receives shade from the sala, a ceiling fan and six extra chairs with cushions.Kitchen. All your cooking requirements will be met in this western inspired fitted kitchen as it provides a capacious fridge / freezer, an inbuilt electric oven complete with four ring ceramic hobs and extractor fan.
