You will have all you need for your dream vacation with your own personal pool towards the back of the property and only a short trip away from the seafront and general shops. Entrance is via a large corridor towards the end of a corresponding group of premises and sizeable bi-fold glass patio doors allow entry to a generous wooden decking area and pool.

The pool measures 2.4m x 3.6m in size and comes equipped with Jacuzzi function and underwater seating amenities for your pleasure. At 1.1m in depth and central steps for easy access in and out this pool is ideal for casual swimming. For your further amusement, outside plug sockets which comply with the majority of European and International plugs are provided so you can create your own soundtrack or browse the web.

Location
The views from the patio are stunning with mountains dominating the skyline, however only 2km away is the beach. The district that homes these properties is called The Residence and it provides many on-site facilities such as a spa and massage and a first-class restaurant. 500m away towards the main road you will find a shopping complex named “@Park” and this houses a McDonalds, Tesco Lotus, Boots Pharmacy, Pizza Company and a yoga studio. If golfing is your thing, you will find The Laguna Golf Club only a short 4.4km trip from the main entrance of the district. Further afield, bearing south you will come across several different beaches along the west coast of Phuket which in turn lead you to the illustrious Patong region only 14km in distance. You will not be affected by the sound of airplanes taking off, as Phuket Airport is 20km to the North.AccomodationBedrooms. The bedroom boasts a king size bed complete with two bedside tables, drawers and lamps and you will benefit from the open headboard facility. To keep the bedroom divided from the rest of the apartment there is a sliding glass door. Bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom has a contemporary feel to it, it doesn’t have a door and instead has a transparent glazed door to cover the spacious square-headed rain shower and on the right of the room is the toilet. Dining Room. To help you enjoy romantic dining in heavenly surroundings the dining room contains a square table and two chairs with a strong rope back design.Kitchen. Upon entering the building the kitchen is located to the left and has a stylish and contemporary design, complete with a large fridge/freezer, ceramic four ring electric hob, oven and extractor fan for all your cooking needs. Sunk low into a sideboard is a stainless steel sink and also provided is a toaster, coffee maker and enough crockery and cutlery for four people.Living Rooms.
