You will really feel the exclusiveness upon arrival when you enter through a remote controlled gate and are greeted with parking spaces for 2 vehicles. There is an attractive porch entry that leads into a spacious living area and the well thought out, light decoration adds to the atmospheric surroundings of the villa. Outdoors you will be able relax on a broad wooden decking area complete with 4 comfortable sun loungers as well as take advantage of the 10-metre swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi. If the sun gets too much there is an oversized parasol as well as a centrally located rain shower if you need to cool off even more. For all your al fresco dining needs the villa’s garden is equipped with a covered table and benches. The idyllic setting is topped off by the pristine turf, mixing Malaysian and normal grass, as well as an array of distinctive palm trees.

Location
Located in a neighbourhood made up of villas akin to this one you will find a shared pool in addition to your own private pool just a short distance (200m) away. Just a kilometre away at Jomtien Beach is where you will enjoy all the popular amenities that will compliment your dream holiday. Here you will find shops, massage parlours, numerous bars and restaurants and during the daytime it is here you can enjoy water sports such as banana boats and windsurfing. If you fancy something a bit more adventurous you can also organise an excursion to the nearby islands from here. Getting to the vibrant Pattaya is straightforward and a jaunt up Pratumnak Hill with its stunning views, or a trip to the nearby Pattaya Park would be excellent places to take in the local district.AccomodationBedrooms. The villa consists of four bedrooms, one located on the ground floor and three upstairs. The bedroom on the ground floor is spacious and comes with co-ordinated white furniture such as; king-sized bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror and a 31” flat screen TV. There is a lush garden veranda where you can relax peacefully by a cast iron table and chairs. Upstairs the master suite is equipped with it’s own expansive balcony. Another room to the back of the villa overlooks a lake and the last room also boasts a balcony. Bathrooms. The communal bathroom on the ground floor contains a toilet, shower and sink and the bedroom comes with a unique ensuite that includes a shell curtain upon entry, a rain shower with stone/wood slat floor, round sink and polished ceiling. The ensuite of the main bedroom upstairs is made up of a spacious bath, a half polished/half tiled shower and two large decorative sinks fitted into a granite surface. The remaining ensuites all contain single sinks, toilets and shower curtains. Dining Room. The dining room comfortably seats eight people on padded chairs around an elongated table. Due to the raised ceiling the dining rooms has a grand feel to it and it is located just next to the living room. Outdoor dining is naturally encouraged because of the patio doors that open out to the pool from the dining room.Kitchen. The kitchen is superbly equipped and has everything you need in order to cook your meals to the same standard as you are accustomed to. The kitchen has a modern design and comes equipped with the following devices – oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker and coffee maker. Washing up is made more bearable by the stainless steel sink which looks out over the idyllic garden, and there is also a sizeable fridge/freezer. A washing machine, basin and ceramic hobs are located in an additional utility room.Living Rooms. You will enjoy kicking back and relaxing in this comfortable and spacious living room that boasts a 40” flat screen TV complete with satellite channels and DVD player and eight people will easily fit on the cosy settee which conveniently faces the TV. Decorative tiles are in keeping with the subtle decoration throughout the villa and there are pleasant roman blinds and curtains.
