The property is designed to a very high quality throughout. Guests will be immediately struck by the stylish Thai style architecture the building has. The garden is spacious and has some beautiful plants and trees. There is a large private swimming pool as well as a large outdoor terrace.

The most impressive thing about the villa is the views. Jaw-dropping views of the sea and surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from all rooms in the house as well as from the terrace and swimming pool. So whether it’s waking up in the morning, taking a shower or dining al fresco, guests will be able to soak up the surrounding scenery.

Found hidden in the hills surrounding Ba Kantiang Bay, the villa is just 600 meters away from Ba Kanitang Beach, considered to be one of Thailand’s best beaches. At the beach you can enjoy a range of restaurants, bars and massage shops. The beach is easily walkable to, but the property’s management also provides a shuttle service that will drive you down there.

For guests wanting to investigate a little further afield, to the south is the tropical National Park Area. Here guests will find beautiful jungle scenery. Beach lovers can check out Klong Nin Beach, another great Thai beach, which lies just 10km north.

Guests can make use of the property’s reception. Staff here will help guests in any way they can. There is a menu from which guests can choose to order from and the reception staff will place this order at local restaurants as well as collect and deliver the food. Staff will also be happy to help with booking daytrips, organizing vehicle rental and sorting out any onward journey issues.AccomodationBedrooms. The villa has two bedrooms, both of which are designed with high-quality furnishings, have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have queen size double beds which are extremely comfortable and also are positioned so that they look out over the ocean. Guests are greeted with stunning views as soon as they wake. Bathrooms. The villa has two en-suite bathrooms. As mentioned, each room allows guests to enjoy the views and these bathrooms are no exception. The showers are open air and guests can take in the views from them. Dining Room. Dining takes place on the outdoor terrace. The terrace is large and measures 78sqm. There is a large, covered dining table which offers ample room for guests to dine together and the cover offers protection from the midday sun. The table seats up to eight people so guests can invite round friends to enjoy a social occasion.Kitchen. The kitchen is large and airy and has great views of the garden on one side and the ocean on the other. The kitchen comes with plenty of high standard facilities and appliances including gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender and juicer. There is also plenty of crockery and dishware. Self-catering will never feel like a chore here.Living Rooms. The lounge offers guests a lovely place to sit back and relax. There is a large, comfy sofa and the room has a sizeable TV upon which can be viewed over 50 satellite channels. The room is perfect for groups to congregate in. The TV also has a special feature in that it is connected to the internet so guests can browse the web on it.
