Location
The villa is located at Baan Gaan, considered to be the most scenic and beautiful part of Koh Lanta. The villa is set in the hills and overlooks the Ba Kantiang Bay. Views from the property have to be seen to be believed. The villa lies just 600 meters from one of Koh Lanta’s, and Thailand’s, finest beaches. The beach area has numerous bars, restaurants and massage shops.

At 3km away is Koh Lanta’s waterfall at which there is a nature trail, caves and elephant trekking. Slightly further afield is Klong Nin Beach which has some stylish high-quality restaurants for those looking for some fine dining. Mu Koh Lanta National Park is 15km south and is best reached by renting a scooter or car. The drive to, and the park itself, have amazing jungle scenery and allow guests to really get a taste of the Thai sub-tropics.

Both of the bedrooms this villa has contain comfortable queen size double beds. From these beds guests can lie back and admire breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms often have cool sea breezes that reach them due to their first floor location. Guests can choose to open the bedroom’s windows to cool the room or operate the air-conditioning units that reside in both. Bathrooms. The property’s two bathrooms are both en-suite and are kitted out to high western standards. Both bathrooms have a wonderfully individual feature; they have one open wall so that you can take in the fabulous views whilst enjoying a shower. Dining Room. The villa will without doubt provide you with some of the most memorable dining experiences of your life. The 78 sqm terrace allows guests to dine al fresco whilst surrounded with stunning views. There is a dining table that can seat eight people and the area is covered meaning dining at lunchtime is not unpleasantly hot.Kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave, making self-catering an ease. Preparing a meal in the kitchen is a joy due to the great views that can be enjoyed from there.Living Rooms. The lounge is the ideal place for guests to relax. There is a large, comfy sofa from which guests can watch any of the 50+ satellite channels. There is a plasma TV and a great feature is that you can surf the internet on the TV as it has an internet connection.
