Description

Large and spacious, Villa Fantasea has a modern yet simple feel to it. The private swimming pool is impressive, and the garden contains both a pond and water feature which contributes to the tranquil atmosphere. Views of the valley which is nearby are beautiful and again contribute to the relaxed ambiance.

The property is secure and has a carport which can hold one car, with another car being able to be parked on the road outside. Everything needed is a short walk away so for those without a car there is no problem.

Location
The compound upon which the villa is situated has a host of facilities. A pool, sauna, billiards, a small restaurant and a gym can all be found, and are all only around 200 meters from the villa. Off-compound attractions and facilities are numerous. 1km away is a range of cafes, mini-marts and restaurants. At just 5 minutes away by car is Phuket Fantasea, the islands theme park and one of the most popular attractions on Phuket. The park only opens at night but is great for kids and adults alike.

Nearby beaches include Kamala Beach which is a 700 meter walk, Farend which lies 1km away and Laem Singh which is a beautifully secluded beach. The village of Kamala is quiet but offers guests some bars and restaurants. Patong, with its accompanying lively nightlife is just 15 minutes by car and Bagntao can be reached in ten minutes. Phuket International Airport is around a 30 minute drive away.AccomodationBedrooms. The master bedroom of the property contains a stylish four-poster bed from which guests can look out over the pool. There is also a small portable fan, side tables and large cupboards, however the bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two is found near the kitchen and is another double room with comfy double bed, air-conditioning, and wardrobes. The room does have an en-suite bathroom. As with the master bedroom, the room overlooks the pool.

Bedroom three has a small double bed and is located near the dining area. The room looks out over the garden and contains air-conditioning and a small portable fan and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four again has a double bed with wardrobes and air-conditioning. A feature of the room is the Thai triangle cushions that give the room an Asian feel. Bathrooms. The property has two en-suite bathrooms and one bathroom that can be used for guests. Two of the bathtubs have pleasant bathtubs and all three have showers, toilets and wash basins. Dining Room. Located in the open plan living area, the dining room has surrounding windows giving it a light and airy feel. Decorative cupboards adjourn the walls and there are doors leading to both other rooms and the courtyard. The center piece of the dining area is a charming, rustic dining table around which six people can sit. Guests can also dine outside at the grey wooden table that is found in the courtyard. An evening dining under the stars whilst gazing out at the surrounding scenery is definitely not to be missed.Kitchen. The kitchen has a huge range of equipment making self-catering a joy. Found in the kitchen are a tall cupboard, washing machine, double sink, a three-ring stovetop, oven and extractor fan, a kettle, food mixer, toaster, tall fridge/freezer and small breakfast table with stools.

The kitchen has a small outside area in which are water and gas tanks and where clothes can be hung to dry.Living Rooms. Located next to the dining area is the lounge. The whole open-plan area feels spacious and guests can enjoy a large TV and DVD player for entertainment purposes. Viewing of the TV can be done from the U-shaped sofa which can seat five people easily.
