In one part of the villa you will find the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as an oven and microwave for cooking some serious home-made meals. A satellite TV, DVD player, and sound system will ensure that your family enjoys the best that modern technology has to offer in terms of home entertainment. Out in the green courtyard there is a 10 metre long swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, and a BBQ station perfect for some outdoor entertaining.

Golf lovers will appreciate the special discount available at the nearby golf courses specially catered to villa guests. The management office is also close by in case of any requests or inquiries. A ten minute drive will bring you the Phuket’s famous Patong area that is filled with restaurants and clubs for a fun-filled evening. Phuket city also has plenty of malls for your shopping desires.

Location
A great location for golf enthusiasts, the villa is within walking distance to Loch Palm golf course and just minutes by car to the Red Mountain golf course. Phuket’s well known restaurant and nightlife center of Patong is just 10 minutes away. More restaurants can be found in Phuket City and Old Town, both of which are a mere 10-15 minutes away by car. Convenient stores and shopping malls such as Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, HomeWorks, Big C & Index are within a 5-10 minute car ride. For boat trips, simply take the east bound bypass country road for 10-15 minutes to the two main marinas. The villa is only 30 minutes from the International airport, fun attractions, and 5 more golf courses.AccomodationBedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms are situated within the same part of the villa as the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Each of these three bedrooms offer double beds, a sofa bed for one more person, cool air-conditioning, carpets, wardrobe/storage and side-cabinets. The first bedroom also has its own bathroom and a password protected safe to store valuable belongings. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom. The last bedroom also has space for storing clothes, air-conditioning, and bunk beds that are great for kids. If needed, a baby cot is stored in a cupboard in the fourth bedroom. In total, there are enough beds, sofa beds, and one baby cot for the whole villa to accommodate up to 11 people and one infant. Bathrooms. The entire villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, while each room is connected to a bathroom. The master bedroom and kid’s room are attached to their own individual bathrooms. In the master bedroom, the bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. In the bathroom of the kid’s room, there is a shower, sink and toilet. The two regular bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet and shower. The final bathroom is located next to the kitchen and designed to serve guests with just one toilet and sink. Dining Room. The dining room consists of a classy, dark wood table for eight and similar dark wood dining cabinet.Kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen consists of electric stove with 4 rings/oven/ventilator, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, double sink, multiple cupboards and sets of dishes/cutlery. The adjacent utility room holds a washing machine, iron/board, toilet and sink. Laundry, maid, and gardening service is available from the office. The Loch Palm restaurant also provides room service from 8am to 6pm.Living Rooms. To ensure that guests feel right at home, the living room comes with sofas for up to nine people. The in-house entertainment system consists of satellite, cable TV, DVD, and speaker system.
