This is a very unique property by anyone’s standards, with three two-floor villas within an estate that is home to several Thai salas, an infinity edge swimming pool, external sit-down Jacuzzi, a snooker pavilion and floodlit basketball and tennis courts.

Immediately after entering the estate for the first time, you will be mesmerized by the sheer size and beauty of the gardens and villas. The villas are positioned to the right hand corner of this 23 rai estate encompassing a design that oozes Asia in all its glory. The three main villas are positioned within close proximity to each other, which means you, your family and friends can all conveniently holiday together but still maintain enough distance to bask in seclusion and privacy when you desire.

The intricate pathways that meander through the gardens, salas and therapeutic lotus ponds provide a great place for outdoor strolls or maybe a quick spot of jogging. In between the pathways, you will find numerous lawn areas, which are great for a picnic or for the children to roam free during their holiday.

Some of the great features of the garden include a half basketball court and a tennis court – both floodlit. Alongside the salas in between the villas, the garden is home to many other covered and uncovered seating areas such as the mid-garden terrace, which is open-air and slightly raised and a great place for a spot of al fresco dining. At the near left hand corner of the grounds, you will encounter a quaint Thai sala overlooking the pond and a bridge. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all and enjoy a leisurely and peaceful drink or meal.

Villa 1
This villa is considered to be the main house, although all three are self-contained and situated around the interlinking lotus ponds, Salas and swimming pool. Immediately entering this two-storey villa, you will find a large and spacious lounge area tastefully decorated with authentic Asian flair. You will see a large leather three piece settee big enough for six persons within close proximity to entertainment facilities that include a large Sony TV with UBC satellite channels, a DVD player and a Sony surround sound music system.

Wooden fixtures and fittings are the mainstay of this villa with its wooden floors and wooden shelving that is home to several Asian art works such as carvings and sculptures. From the lounge, you can walk through some aesthetically pleasing interior wooden shutters that lead to a downstairs bedroom which is quite unique in its own right. The bedroom is split into two compartments, one of which is home to a double bed, and then through the partition you will find the second part of the bedroom which is home to two single beds. This is perfect for families who have children.

On the ground floor of this villa, you will also find a guest bathroom equipped with a glass encased shower, wash basins and toilet.

Making your way to the second floor, you will encounter a large wooden staircase, on top of which you will see another set of wooden shelves with numerous carvings and sculptures running with the same theme as the rest of this villa. The second floor is where you will find two ensuite bedrooms both equipped with double beds, wooden fixtures and fittings and more beautiful Asian art pieces. Both the bedrooms also have entertainment facilities such as flat-screen TVs and satellite systems.

Villa 2
Making you way from villa 1 to villa two, you will see a large open terrace next to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. From this vantage point, you will also see a gymnasium, which is situated under a large roof sala/lounge ideal for outdoor dining.

Entering the main part of villa 2 next to the large communal kitchen, you will see a large open-plan living room with its own fitted kitchen with Smeg gas hobs and oven, a breakfast bar, grill, and microwave within close proximity to a majestic wooden circular table big enough for 10 people. The lounge is positioned for easy pool access and is home to lots of mahogany fixtures and fittings that give the room a classy atmosphere. The lounge is home to a large and comfortable settee that is big enough for nine people to kick back and relax while watching international satellite channels on the large Samsung flat-screen TV. There is also a DVD player.
Just off the lounge, you will also see a guest bathroom with just wash basins and a toilet.

Going up to the second level of the villa up a wooden staircase, which leads to a landing with beautiful Buddhist paintings and Asian art pieces, you will be impressed. The second level has two bedrooms, both of which have double beds, large ensuite bathrooms, wooden floors and an Asian décor that immediately sparks emotion. Both the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players and satellite TVs. The master bedroom has a large open terrace which is a great place to sit, relax and overlook the beautiful lake on the estate. Great features such as large wooden sliding doors give this villa a great sense of detail.

Villa 3
This villa is the third part of the estate and situated within a stone’s throw of the snooker room and the roof sala/terrace. This villa is also set over two floors. The moment you step into the villa, you will encounter a dining table and an adjoining western style kitchen. The mahogany 6-seat dining table is a great first impression of the villa positioned underneath a beautiful abstract painting. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, 4-ring stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities. The great thing about this area is it’s surrounded by tall windows that not only lets in tremendous natural light but also allows for scenic views out to the meticulously maintained lawn areas of the garden.

Making your way through the ground floor, you will find a snug lounge with a settee, dining table and entertainment features such as a large flat-screen TV, DVD and satellite TV. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with wooden floors and wardrobes, tall windows, a Samsung TV, DVD player, Satellite TV and a double bed. The bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom although just outside next to the lounge, you will find a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basins and a toilet.

Moving up to the second level, up a wooden staircase, you will find three more bedrooms, all with double beds, televisions, satellite channels, ensuite bathrooms, wooden floors and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have balconies, one of which would be classed as a terrace.

Situated in the southern Pattaya area of Huay Yai, which is very peaceful and private but still within a ten-minute drive of Jomtien Beach and a fifteen-minute drive from shopping centers such as Big C, Tesco and Makro. Within a ten-minute drive, you could also be at Phoenix Golf Club and popular Pattaya attractions such as Alangkarn Theater, Pattaya Floating Market and Silverlake Vineyard.
